How long does the insurance company have to pay my Florida claim?

Fla. Stat. 627.70131 sets the deadlines: acknowledge within 7 days, communicate decisions within 30 days of acknowledgment, and pay undisputed amounts within 60 days of proof of loss: ultimate pay-or-deny within 90 days of notice.
