You’ll receive a detailed Xactimate® estimate, residential or commercial, based on the current price list for the zip code of the loss location. This includes access to Xactimate®’s 10,000 line items from every conceivable trade. Ocean Point estimates include:
- Current price list utilization, for the zip code of the loss
- Access to 10,000 line items
- Estimate delivered in PDF or ESX formats
- Your logo and contact info at the top of each page
- Sequential line items, as the work should be performed
- Free pricing updates (repricing) for 6 months after purchase
- Unlimited line item revisions for the first 30 days after purchase*
- Custom forms such as material, equipment, labor components, internal time reports, completion checklist, certificate of completion reports and change order forms.
Contents Damage Xactcontents® Estimates:
$199 or 2% of the estimate amount, whichever is greater* *Upfront $199 payment required – if the estimate is greater than $9,999 the cost of the estimate will be 2% of the estimate total less the upfront payment.
You’ll receive a detailed contents cleaning, replacement, pack out, storage, pack back XactContents® estimate, residential or commercial, based on the current price list for the zip code of the loss location. This includes access to XactContents® 10,000,000 line items from every conceivable trade. Price list are updated no less than once a week. Ocean Point estimates include:
- Current price list utilization, for the zip code of the loss
- Access to 10,000,000 (yes, 10 million) line items
- Estimate delivered in PDF or ESX formats
- Your logo and contact info at the top of each page
- Sequential line items, as the work should be performed
- Free pricing updates (repricing) for 6 months after purchase
