Statutory requirements
Fla. Stat. 627.7152 imposes strict form requirements on any AOB. A non-compliant AOB is voidable.
What to do instead
- Direct pay or Direction to Pay (not an assignment)
- Traditional contractor-client contract with you in control
- Retain a PA to handle the claim
