About Judy

Judy Huff is Ocean Point's Administrative Director: the operational backbone of the firm's case management. Every claim that comes through Ocean Point's doors moves through administrative workflows Judy designed or oversees.
Background
Judy was born in West Palm Beach and has lived most of her life in Palm Beach County. She worked in banking and accounting before joining a local insurance agency where she spent 11+ years handling administrative and policyholder-facing work. In 2016, after an accident and recovery, she transitioned into public adjusting administration, which led her to Ocean Point.
That combined agency + adjusting background means Judy understands both sides of the insurance transaction: the agent's relationship with the carrier and the adjuster's relationship with the claim. That context shapes how she handles client communication and case coordination.

How Judy works
